Returns
You can return the merchandise through the mail for a refund or replacement. To make a return by mail, simply indicate the reason for return and the action to be taken, such as replacement or refund. If you return your items to the Hilo, Hawai`i Sig Zane Designs store, please provide the original sales receipt for a merchandise credit.
Refunds
Any credit card refunds for items purchased online should be handled by the online store.
All merchandise purchased with a promotional discount or on sale will be refunded for the price paid, less shipping charges. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for the refund to show up on your billing statement.
Exchanges
We want you to have exactly what you want. There are occasionally times when an item requested for an exchange is no longer in stock. If that’s the case, we will contact you to let you know and at that time you can decide on a different item or we can give you a refund.
To expedite the exchange process, e-mail us at: szinfo@sigzane.com or call us at 808.935.9980 to let us know you’re returning an item, and what you would like to exchange it for. Return the merchandise with a copy of the original invoice to the address below. Your new order will be shipped out upon receipt of the returned merchandise. We will bill your credit card for return shipping costs and the difference, if any, for the new merchandise. Please allow 1 – 2 billing cycles for a credit to appear on your statement.

Lost Receipts
If you do not have your original receipt, you may return merchandise to the Hilo, Hawai`i Sig Zane Designs store. Merchandise returned without the original receipt will be valued at the current selling price. We will issue a merchandise exchange or store credit for the current selling price.
Things to keep in mind
Please note that all credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase.
Allow 3 weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited, and 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
If the original payment was made by merchandise certificate or electronic gift certificate, your refund will be issued as an in-store credit redeemable only online at sigzane.com.
